Your driver will meet you upon your arrival at Harry Reid International Airport at the bottom of the escalators after security with a sign bearing your name and assist with luggage. Driver contact details will be shared prior to your arrival. For itinerary questions, please contact FCM Events

VIP Check-In is located behind the double doors to the right of the front desk.
Early arrivals may leave luggage at the Bell Desk (left of the front desk). You’ll receive a text when your room is ready. Room key is required to access Fantasy Tower elevators.

Board shuttles to return to the Palms. Shuttles will depart by 11:00 pm (or sooner).
